Esteban is an emperor tamarin stuffy from South America, and Buddy’s best friend. A singer of songs and teller of tall tales, Esteban has been known to embellish a fact or three, but all in good fun. When he isn’t accompanying Buddy on a Quest, Esteban can be found strumming his mandolin and crafting new and catchy songs.
Although Esteban is not a fighter, that does not make him a coward. While not the bravest, Esteban will never leave a friend behind despite the danger. His bright, cheery songs lift the Hearts of his companions even in the darkest of Places. For Esteban knows that not all weapons carry edges or points. Song and sound can provide a powerful defense against the menacing Monsters found in the Realm-Under-The-Bed.
But Esteban also carries a dark secret, one that not even Buddy knows. It could mean the difference between saving Mieya from the Queen of Sorrow’s terrible Curse, and the end of their epic Quest.
If only Esteban could speak of it!
