Buddy is a teddy bear with the Heart of a Knight. Crafted by the Nameless Wizard, Buddy’s charge is to protect his Person Mieya from all the Things-That-Go-Bump-In-The-Night. From terrible Monsters and Witches, to foul Magic and Curses, Buddy will never give up until his foe is vanquished.
Buddy is trusting, brave, and loyal to a fault. Armed with Aura, a sharp blade that bursts into silver flame when danger is near, and a shield from Papa Gonzo’s Pizza that is etched with magical runes, Buddy will stand against any foe.
Buddy suspects he wasn’t always a teddy bear. He has vague memories of places, such as hanging banners and heraldry of other knights, as well as a round table. Whether he ever discovers his true identity doesn’t matter to him anymore. To Buddy, the only things that matter are his Person and his friends Esteban the Bard, Sasha the Warrior-Princess, Copper the Clockwork Butterfly, and all the other toys in Mieya’s room.
